TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Advertiser will place in The Montreal Jewish Magazine WEBSITE the Advertisement as described and conforming to prices, clauses and conditions stipulated in this contract, for a period of 6 months.

2. The Company will not be responsible nor liable for statements and/or images contained in the advertising, the Advertiser assuming full responsibility to the complete exoneration of the Company against any and all claims or actions deriving from the advertising. The company does not assume liability for correctness of the listings or the information on which they are based.

3. All advertising is subject to the approval of the company.

4.  The signer of this contract, otherwise known as the representative, personally guarantees payment of the amounts due according to this agreement.

5. The present CONTRACT was written in English at the express request of the parties.

6. New ads must be provided.
